Refund and Cancellation Policy
- This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product / service that you have purchased through the Platform.
- Under this policy:
- Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 1 minute of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the Platform and we have initiated the process of preparing the products, or the product is out for delivery.
- The refund / replacement can be made if the user establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not good, subject to RR Partners’ discretion.
- In case of any refunds approved by RR PARTNERS, it will take 7 days for the refund to be processed to you by way of a bank transfer or other such method as decided by RR Partners.
Shipping and Return Policy
- Shipping: All orders shall be shipped in 1-2 hours after placing your order. We try our best to deliver orders timely to ensure the food and beverage reaches you fresh.
- Returns: We do not accept any return of food, drinks and similar perishable materials.
